What a Difference One Day Makes!

The previous video was Calum crawling yesterday. Well, we don't know if he has been practicing in his sleep, but watch him go today!

Calum's First Time Crawling!

Yes, Calum has officially gotten the hang of crawling! He still needs encouragement and a toy placed in front of him for motivation to get going, but he has started taking the beginning steps! He has gone across the room several times today, but gets tired pretty easily! Now the fun of babyproofing the house begins!

Calum - 8 Months +

Calum is 8 months old! This month Calum started trying to use a sippy cup (although he mostly chews on it!) and he is beginning to crawl! What fun he has been! Here are just some random pictures from the past few weeks! Be sure to check out his crawling video taken today!

Halloween 2008

When I asked Alan what we would be for Calum's first Halloween he said, "I'm not dressing up...unless I can be Boba Fett!" So here we are as Princess Leia, Yoda and Boba Fett! Although I think Yoda really wanted to get inside that helmet! The dogs also are Darth Vader and Slave Princess Leia. More photos of them to come!

A Johnny Cash Fan!

Calum's favorite singer is...Johnny Cash! Yes, we can play all kinds of music and ..nothing. But as soon as Alan plays Johnny Cash we have a dancer on our hands! Here's a great video of his "moves"! ha ha

I Have Teeth!

Yes! Two bottom teeth have finally broken through after a week of pain and agony!
We are much happier now! Hopefully, If you look carefully in these photos you can see them (even though they are not good pics of him)! He won't let me get too close to get a good picture yet! He keeps covering them with his tongue!

Bath Time Fun!

Yes, I'm a mom who had to put at least one naked bum picture up that he will hate me for later in life, but how cute is he? Calum loves the bath and cries every time he gets out! Now that he is able to sit up and play on his own he would sit in there all night if we let him! His bathtub is a duck and the bill quaks when you press it! I added in the video so you can see him splash around! :)

The Great Pumpkin!

We went on our first trip to the Yule Forest Pumpkin Patch in Stockbridge today. Calum loved the pumpkins and we cut 3 from the vine to bring home for Fall! Calum also got a mini pumpkin to float in the bathtub tonight! ha ha
